AGA was established in 1982 and has been successfully hiring high quality apprentices and trainees to industry for over 30 years.

AGA have talented apprentices and trainees who have diverse skills and hold enthusiasm to fulfil their chosen career path.

AGA is one of the largest employers of apprentices and trainees in Australia and is known for being one of the most experienced and respected Group Training Organisations.

Apprentices and trainees work and earn a salary while they learn and complete a nationally recognised training qualification with a Registered Training Organisation. AGA offers exciting and rewarding careers.

AGA specialises in tailoring training requirements for employers, ensuring their apprentices are trained efficiently and to the highest industry standard.

Our team of Field Officers are mentors and experts in their field and have extensive experience across a wide range of industries.

At AGA the Field Officers provide the mentoring and guidance to both the apprentices/ trainees and host company.

The Field Officers at AGA have the practical experience with some of Australia’s finest tradespeople.

AGA is known for being one of the most experienced Registered Training Organisations (TOId 3829) in Australia.

AGA provides training services to ALL apprentices, not only those employed by AGA.

AGA’s Instructors are known for their trade experience and are highly qualified industry professionals. Students at AGA receive the practical experience with some of Australia’s finest tradespeople.
